Step in Time is managed by Heather Palmer (nee Millar). Heather has been dancing for over 30 years and is a fully qualified dancing teacher. She holds workshops in Australia each year and works 365 days a year in the world of dance. Heather danced professionally for many years and had the honour of dancing for Neil Armstrong, first man on the moon, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, Eunice Kennedy and many others.

She has formed a dedicated team of friendly staff who will ensure you get a quality service at the right price. All staff are fully trained and will offer their expertise to help make sure you make the right purchase every time.
